iPhone photo storage

See which photos take the most space on iPhone

When iPhone storage is almost full, the useful question is not how many photos you have. It is which photos and videos occupy the most space. Tasnif makes that easier to see.

Tasnif shows occupied space in the iPhone Photos library.

Why Photos does not always show the answer

The Photos app is great for finding memories, but it does not make storage impact obvious while you browse. Two items can look similar in the grid while one takes much more room than the other. A 4K video, screen recording or RAW file can matter more than a large group of small photos.

Tasnif focuses on occupied space without uploading your media. The review stays local on your iPhone or iPad, and deletion still requires the standard Apple Photos confirmation.

What to check first

  • Long videos, 4K clips, slow-motion videos and screen recordings.
  • RAW files, Live Photos and imported media that can use more storage.
  • Screenshots, bursts and probable duplicates that should be reviewed before action.

The goal is not to delete everything. A careful cleanup starts by seeing which media really explains the storage problem.
